Our Homemade Marinara sauce is just that, homemade. Following our family’s authentic recipe that originated in Southern Italy in the 1800’s, we start with a few handfuls of chopped onion, some fresh garlic, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. We make sure these onions are well caramelized before we add the main ingredient, imported San Marzano tomatoes, the highest quality Italy has to offer. We don’t like to name names, but let’s just say that you will find our marinara sauce on the dinner table in the homes of some of the most famous chefs in the country. You won’t find suggested uses here because these classics go with everything.
