Pineapple MangoMy first vacation to Hawaii was not only a wonderful experience but also an eye opener to the many fruits and exotic foods of the Hawaiian Islands. If you have ever been there you know what I’m talking about. I really enjoyed my first luau where we feasted on many Island favorites. I especially remember how good the meat tasted slathered in a bbq sauce consisting of pineapple and mango. Once back home I searched for a bbq sauce that could bring back those memorable times. I never found one so I created my own.

My sweet tasting bbq sauce is made with the freshest pineapple and mango. There is absolutely no heat, just the lovely taste of island fruit. Try it on fish, poultry, pork, as a dip, or a glaze for roast ham or turkey. I’m sure that after just one taste you’ll believe you’re on the Hawaiian shores dining like Polynesian royalty.

List of ingredients: Ingredients: Honey, Mango, Tomato Sauce, Ketchup (tomato concentrate, distilled vinegar, sugar, salt, spice, onion powder, natural flavoring), Sugar, Pineapple, Pineapple Juice, Red Wine Vinegar, Corn starch, Mustard (vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, turmeric, paprika), Liquid Smoke, Maple syrup, Molasses, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic powder, Spices.

GarlicI love garlic. Oh sure, you stink like garlic the day after but so what. Wasn’t it worth it? Isn’t garlic yummy? Yeah…it is. You’re the type of person that puts garlic in almost everything you cook so why not in a bbq sauce?
If you’re worried about garlic breath just share it with someone so you both stink of garlic. Just a thought. You’ll taste the honey right away and then taste garlic, garlic, and then more garlic. There’s little minced pieces of garlic floating around in there. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
This bbq sauce is good on ribs, chicken, pork, seafood, sausage, vegetables, wraps, sandwiches, and salads.

List of ingredients: Honey, Ketchup (tomato concentrate, distilled vinegar, sugar, salt, onion powder, spice, natural flavoring), Tomato Sauce, Sugar, Mustard (vinegar, water, mustard seed, salt, turmeric, paprika), Pineapple Juice, Red Wine Vinegar, Starch, Maple Syrup, Molasses, Smoke Flavor, Spices, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder
