Patrick and I are the husband and wife team of Salento Farm. Located in the White Hills agricultural area of Shelton, CT, our fertile land enables us to grow our main crops of robust hardneck garlic and several varieties of eggplant. The Salento Farm name pays tribute to Salento, Italy – the home of my deep family roots.
Salento is located 60 miles south of Salerno, in the mountains of Campania, with views of the Mediterranean. We have been lucky to be part of a family that values traditional recipes handed down for many generations. Salento Farm now brings these family recipes to your table. Using the finest ingredients, our products will evoke memories of the aromas and tastes of Nanna’s Sunday dinners.
