The Marsalisi Brothers called us up and said they had a bumper crop of Bearss Limes and wondered if we could please use some. We got inspired and this marmalade soon became one of our favorite marmalades of all time. It has a fabulous balance between tart, sour and sweet. It pairs wonderfully with goat cheese and Manchego. The possibililties are endless with this flavor! Enjoy.
