I really wanted to dedicate on of our products to the iconic symbol of the bay area. The Golden Gate Bridge is truly a gorgeous structure day or night and I am proud to work and sleep within view when possible. OK I have to admit that this is my favorite marmalade of all. The flavor is complex with the three different fruits and I absolutely love the texture of the lemon, orange and grapefruit peels combined. The grapefruit peel adds such a delicious translucent surprise in every bite! MY FAVORITE!
