Delicious Bartlett Pears preserved here in a light honey syrup with some ginger.  Drain off the liquid and use pears to top yogurt or ice cream or for a tart!  You can also heat up the pears in the liquid for a chilly morning treat.  It is very good for when you are fighting off a cold!  Nourish yourself.
