This is our special house blend of pickling spice. We use a blend of 15 different organic spices and tend to be heavier on the seeds such as corriander, cumin, celery and dill. We like our blend to be very savory and so ease up on the sweeter spices such as cinnamon, cloves and fennel. This is the blend that we use in making our classic dills, garden bouqet, dilly beans and many of our ferments. The perfect addition to your DIY kit!
